Another Myspace Victim

A 13 year old girl has been charged with criminal impersonation for posting a Myspace.com Internet message board account in the name of the teacher without the teacher's knowledge. The teacher whose name was used was concerned that other teachers and students would presume that the site was indeed his and post personal information presuming he would keep it confidential. Kids you better back off from using myspace or else end up in jail!
