The 16-year-old high school student from Marikina who converted extracted oil from janitor fish (Hypostomus plecoctomus) into bio-fuel for his Science experiment will fly to Indianapolis, U.S.A. bearing the country’s colors in May 2006 for the annual Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).
