Funny Bulk Carrier Ship Unloading Large Containers

I've seen a lot of photo of large bulk carriers discharging their cargos, but these photos are really weird. I just can't imagine they're discharging these large containers into a wooden small boats! I wonder what would the owners of these cargos would react if they see this. Can anyone tell me which country is using wooden small boats for unloading containers or cargo.
