PayPerPost acquired only selected assets of Performancing.com like Performance Metrics and Performancing Exchange. Performance Metrics is a free blog analysis service and Performancing Exchange is an online classifieds site for bloggers. PayPerPost agreed not to acquire include the Performancing for Firefox blog editor technology and the Performancing Partners ad technology. Blog advertising can be in many forms like Google Adsense, Amazon, Adbrite and many more. Google makes money by advertising. Google Adsense is simple, by placing ads on your site, you are helping them to advertise by providing them with a place to display their ads. Every time a visitor to your site clicks on one of the ads that Google has placed on your site, you receive a certain percent of the money. mazon Associate program is another important way to make money blogging. The Amazon Associate program gives opportunity to website/blog publishers to promote any product from its inventory by adding a predefined code to their website/blog, which, when clicked by a visitor, takes them to the relevant product page.
