Weight loss, Balancing home and Work Problem

PayPerPost big boss Ted Murphy struggles with weight loss and balancing home. I am too is struggling with my weight problem, i do not know why it is so hard for me to go to the gym or do a self exercise at home. I suggest Ted and others to do some isometric exercises, I've been doing since last year, well it is not so physically tiring but it's worth it. Isometrics is an exercise that involves muscle contraction through pushing, pressing and pulling against an immovable object. This form of exercise uses minimal movement to build muscles. Instead, the force of muscle contraction, muscle against muscle resistance builds strength. By holding your and your right palm down and pressing your hands together as hard as you can. You can feel your pectoral, shoulder, and arm muscles working. This can help Ted at least. About his problem in balancing at home and work, well losing stress is the best way to stay healthy. All starts with a healthy body then a healthy lifestyle.
