U.S. speeds attack plans for North Korea

I have read an article regarding the plan of Pentagon of attacking Nuclear plants in North Korea. I am just wondering why this media news need to publish such secrecy. They even stated that this move is in highly secret process. How can it be a secret if they make news of it?
