Repairs are free for Sony Digi Cam factory defects

Sony Discovers flaw in some camera models BUT offer the repairs for free. Sony has recently discovered that in humid environments some of their camera models can lead to the loss of image on the LCD. I have a Canon Powershot S400 i think this were the first digicams by Canon USA. And it has a major factory defect and yes they would repair it for free too. It ain't cool at all, if your love cam has a factory defect.
