What's with North Korea

Again, North Korea is planning it's second nuclear test. It was found out when new satellite imagery showing increased activity around at least two other North Korean sites. North korea communists held huge rallies and proclaimed that U.N. sanctions amount to a declaration of war. North Korea is not backing out bcoz they have nuclear weapons...their madness is like a fight between 100 vs 1. China, the North's longtime ally and biggest trading partner, warned Pyongyang not to aggravate tensions. North Korean leader Kim Jong II must be put to trial after his unhumaned acts.
